Returns/Exchanges

We completely understand if something does not work out, we have all been there before! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, you MUST let us know within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and of tags were present they must still be attached (trying items on is definitely okay!). Just email us at rockintboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item. If it is an exchange,  please tell us the new size that you are needing as well. That way we can get it done quickly! Once we have confirmation the item is on the way back, the refund will be processed. It can take up to 7 days but it will go back to the card you purchased with automatically for you! We are here to help,  always!
